This complex wine is a classic Grenache based Rhone style blend. The fruity
Grenache is enhanced with pepper spice of
Mourvedre, smoke and leather flavors of
Syrah, rich texture of Carignan, and the floral notes of Tinta Cao, while the
Viognier adds a tropical perfume. The wine is soft and supple which makes it excellent by itself or as an accompaniment to cheeses or tomato based dishes.
