Wine makers Remarks: This is a distinctive dessert wine made from a blend of Native American grape varieties. It exhibits flavors of fresh grapes and cherries that are complemented by a sweet, smooth finish. A nice accompaniment for chocolate desserts, delicious poured over pound cake, or served as an aperitif.

I am not a big wine drinker. But i really enjoyed this one. I have been looking for a light tasting fruity red wine.

I don’t enjoy dry wines that have a bite. This wine was very good to me.

Unfortunely it only can be purchased in the state of Virginia were it is made. Because of Virgina laws.

Great Summer wine. Made from the Virginia native muscadine grapes it’s aroma is of that of sweet summer fruit. The taste reminds me of those big purple grapes with the seeds in them you can buy at the supermarket. Like your eating the grape and you accidentally bite into one of the seed. Give the presence of a slight carbonation I think do to acidity’s. I would highly recommend this for your next picnic if your in Virginia.
