We have been drinking this White Zinfandel for 2 years and has been great. Mainly from the bottle. We bought a box from WalMart in Lakeland, FL. It takes like vinegar. What happened to your product?The code on the box 07710 02:30 R21 best consumed by Dec 18, 2010. We bought on 08/25/2010 and opened on 08/27/2010. Had in the regfrigerator all the time.

Oak Leaf is the best ! I love the Cab, Merlot, and the Chardonnay.I rate them with the best and I have had the best. What is hard to believe is the price $2.99 a bottle.This wine is pissing off a lot of snobby competitors. Maybe we will see some of the inflated big names lower there prices.

I enjoy Oak Leaf Chardonnay and Shiraz. The Merlot & Cabernet are a little weak tasting, but not bad. I buy the Chard. by the box and it tastes the same as bottles to me. I have been disappointed for last couple of months that the Walmarts in Charleston, SC no longer carry the Chadonnay in boxes. They sold well, does anybody know why the boxes are not being restocked?

I've been buying this wine for a couple years now and have always enjoyed it. Tonight however, I got a hold of the worst bottle I've ever tasted in any brand....Hope it's just a a fluke because I normally love the Oak Leaf cabernet....

We first encountered Oak Leaf when on an extended trip to Myrtle Beach last winter. We drink wine just about every day with dinner, and are usually happy to find a bottle back home for less than $9 (most often Italian, Chilean or Spanish). So you can imagine our reaction when we saw this big display at Walmart for $2.97. First reaction: it must be horrible wine (and being bargain hunters we have had our share of that!) Second reaction: we'll only be out 3 bucks if it's bad. So we tried one (can't remember the varietal) and were amazed. Realizing the impact this would have on our wine budget for the month and afraid it was just a clearance sale, we ran back to the store the next day and picked up more, then a few days later for more, and so on.... We introduced it to family and friends who were down for a few days, and everyone enjoyed it and couldn't believe the price. I was happy to find it also in Maine last summer, and was glad to see our familiar shelf at the Myrtle Beach Superstore well stocked again this year, still at the amazing 2.97 price. We wish we could get this wine in Canada!
